- A Cytech-certified mechanic arrives at your location
- The kit is installed, wired, and tuned on the spot
- You get a test ride and a plain explanation before we go
Bring the kit, whether it's for a commuter, an MTB, or a cargo bike; we bring the tools and the know-how to get it running properly, at your home.
Already riding electric? We also handle e-bike servicing, including motor, battery and firmware checks.

Do you really come to me?
Yep — that’s the whole point. We’re fully mobile. We fix bikes at your home, workplace, or wherever your two wheels are parked (within the Perth metro area).
How do I book a service?
Easy. Just fill out our online booking form, pick a date and tell us what your bike needs. We’ll confirm everything by email or text.
What types of bikes do you work on?
We service all kinds — road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids, e-bikes, single speeds, cargo bikes. If it’s got pedals and two wheels, we’ve got it covered.
Do you service e-bikes?
Absolutely. We’re e-bike friendly and equipped for diagnostics, electrical checks, and standard servicing. Just let us know the make/model when booking.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Totally up to you. You’re welcome to hang around and chat bikes, or just leave your ride somewhere accessible — front porch, garage, office foyer — and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll send a message when we're done and make sure your bike’s locked up if you're not there.

How long does a service take?
Depends on the job, but most services take 30 to 90 minutes. We'll give you an estimate before we start.
What if I need new parts?
If a part needs replacing, we’ll let you know. We carry common components, or we’ll source what you need and fit it on the spot or in a follow-up visit.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Of course. Life happens. We just ask for 24 hours’ notice if possible — no fees, no drama.
